摘要
结合秸秆冷压成型机理,以现有活塞式生物质成型机为基础,设计出了液压式双向冲压秸秆冷压成型机。该成型机采用垂直螺旋式及水平液压式两级预压装置,有效地增大了成型前物料的密度;其主压装置采用双活塞双向冲压结构,增大了活塞有效工作面积,提高了秸秆成型压力。同时本文对受力复杂的锥套内物料进行了受力分析,得到锥套内物料轴向压应力与径向压应力的分布规律,为成型装置的结构设计奠定了理论基础。
This paper designed hydraulic driving bidirectional pressing corn stalk cold pressure forming machine based on existing piston biomass forming machine and cold pressure forming mechanism.The forming machine had vertical helix prepressing equipment and horizontal hydraulic driving prepressing equipment.The two prepressing equipments augmented materiel density before forming effectively.The structure of main presse equipment was double pistons bidirectional pressing,this structure augmented piston's valid working area,so it increased stalk forming pressing force.This paper analysed stressed state of materiel in subulate sleeve which had complicated stressed state,so we acquired distributing principle of axial stress and radial stress of materiel in subulate sleeve.All of these analysis laid theoretic foundation for mechanical structure of molding equipment.
