农业垃圾太阳能处理系统的试验研究

摘要 为了解决农业垃圾处理过程中产生的环境污染,提出了一种利用太阳能集热器处理垃圾的新思路,并进行了试验装置的构建,测出了不同状态下处理系统的温度特性曲线。在太阳能日均辐射量为16000 kJ/(m2.d)左右的情况下,最高温度达63.5℃。对垃圾中的病虫分析表明,处理系统能起到灭菌作用,可满足农业垃圾处理的工艺要求,为大规模太阳能垃圾处理系统示范性工程的建设提供了依据。 A new idea concerned with the disposal of agricultural waste by the solar collector was proposed in order to solve the problem of environment pollution.And the experimental installation was constructed based on the new idea.The characteristic curves of temperature in different states were drawn.The disposal system for agricultural waste using solar energy can kill pathogen in test.Thus the system meets the technical requirements with the highest temperature of 63.5℃ under the condition of accepting the radiation energy amount to 16000 kJ/(m2.d),which provides a scientific foundation for setting up large-scale demonstration projects by using solar energy to deal with agricultural waste.
