鹌鹑MC3R基因多态性与体重关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以MC3R基因为候选基因,根据鸡的MC3R基因序列(GenBank登录号:AB017137)在编码区设计2对引物,采用PCR-SSCP和DNA测序技术检测该基因在蛋用鹌鹑群体中的单核苷酸多态性(SNPs),同时对候选基因与鹌鹑体重的相关性进行分析。结果表明,鹌鹑MC3R基因在所测序列的27(G→A)和138(C→T)碱基处发生了2个突变,检测到AA、BB、CC、AB、AC、BC6种基因型;A等位基因频率为0.347,B等位基因频率为0.218,C等位基因频率为0.435。方差分析结果显示,MC3R基因型显著影响公、母鹌鹑的体重。因此推测MC3R基因可以作为影响和控制鹌鹑体重的候选基因。 Melauocortin-3 receptor (MC3R)gene was studied as candidate gene on the laying quails in this study. Polymorphisms of MC3R gene had been analyzed by PCR-SSCP and DNA sequencing method. The relationship between the candidate gene and the body weight in quails had also been analyzed. The results showed that MC3R gene in the sequence had two mutations,which were 27 (G→A)and 138(C→T). The two mutations produced 6 genotypes of AA,BB, CC,AB,AC and BC. The frequency of A,B,C alleles for MC3R gene in laying quails was 0.347,0.218 and 0.435 respectively. Analysis of variance revealed a significant influence of the MC3R genotype on bodyweight in the quails for both sex. Therefore MC3R gene can influence and control body weight in laying quails as a candidate gene.
