粘性土中压入式砼预制桩终止压桩力研究

摘要 根据3个工程的实际资料的引用和分析统计,证明对穿越饱和粘性土层、支于残积粘性土层的中小截面预制砼方桩,终止压桩力和极限承载力之比可取0.5。所举实例工程均经10年以上的使用实践,证明性状良好。推广这一成果,可显著降低桩基造价。 According to quotation materials and analysis statistics of 3 actual projects,it is proved that the ratio of final compressed pile force to ultimate bearing capacity is 0.5,when the precast concrete square pile with small section is passing through the saturated clayey soil layer and is supported at residual clayey soil layer. The projects have used for 5 years and the project character is good. It could reduce the cost of pile foundation by promoting this achievement.
