摘要
PN759是一种新型环保型增粘剂。文中针对轮胎行业橡胶与钢丝帘线的粘合,通过使用等量的PN759增粘剂代替间苯二酚,并对胶料的性能及老化后性能进行了测试分析。结果表明,PN759较间苯二酚具有更高的热稳定性;在橡胶与钢丝帘线的粘合中使用等量PN759代替间苯二酚后,胶料基本性能没有太大的变化,粘合力提高。经相同的老化时间后,PN759的粘合力保持率也比间苯二酚的高。可见在一定范围内可以用PN759代替间苯二酚。
PN759 is a new environmentally friendly adhesion promoter. In this paper,rubber and tire industry,wire bonding connection,through using the same amount of PN759 adhesion promoter instead of resorcinol,and the performance of rubber and the performance of aging test analysis. The results showed that: PN759 than the resorcinol with higher thermal stability; in the rubber and the adhesion of steel cord used in place of resorcinol equivalent PN759 after the basic properties of rubber is not much change,to improve adhesion ,and in the same aging time,PN759 adhesive will keep rates higher than the resorcinol. Can be seen to some extent can be replaced by resorcinol PN759.
