益气化瘀胶囊防治冠状动脉介入治疗后再狭窄60例

Clinical Observation on YiQi HuaYu Capsule in Treating 60 Patients with Prevention and Treatment on Restenosis after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention

目的:观察益气化瘀胶囊对冠状动脉介入再狭窄的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将120例患者随机分为试验组与对照组,术前、术中及术后常规应用阿司匹林、波利维等抗心肌缺血、抗凝、抗血小板药物,试验组与对照组在西药常规治疗的基础上,于手术日分别开始服用益气化瘀胶囊和安慰剂。结果:试验组与对照组在评价冠状动脉介入再狭窄的冠状动脉造影病变积分和病变负荷值评分比较有统计学意义;心电图试验组阳性率6.90%,对照组14.28,%2组相比有统计学意义;气虚血瘀症状明显改善,与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论:在常规西药基础上加用益气化瘀胶囊能明显减少介入治疗后再狭窄,减轻患者心绞痛症状,证实了气虚血瘀是冠状动脉介入后再狭窄的中医基本病机,益气化瘀能明显降低再狭窄的发生率。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and safety of YiQi HuaYu capsules on restenosis after coronary intervention and confirm.Methods：120 cases were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,The anti-ischemic anticoagulant,antiplatelet drugs as Aspirin,polivy were routine applied during preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.Based on that,patients were treated with YiQi HuaYu capsules or placebo respectively.Results：The evaluation of coronary lesion angiographic restenosis in coronary lesion load value score points between two groups had statistical significance.The positive rate of ECG was 6.90% in experimental group,14.28% in control group,it had statistical significance compared two groups;Symptoms about Qi deficiency and blood stasis improved in experimental group,and had statistically significant compared with the control group.Conclusion：YiQi HuaYu capsules reduced restenosis and reduce symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,based on conventional medicine.It confirmed Qi deficiency and blood stasis was the basic mechanism of restenosis after coronary intervention,To Benefit Qi and removing blood stasis could reduce the incidence of restenosis.
