缺血性中风证型与血管内皮细胞分泌功能关系的研究

Relationship Between Ischemic Stroke Syndrome and Vascular Endothelial Cell Function

目的:通过探讨缺血性中风病中医辨证分型与血管内皮细胞分泌功能的关系,进一步揭示缺血性中风病各证型的本质及演变规律,以筛选出能反映临床疗效的客观、敏感指标。方法:以泸州地区200名急性缺血性中风患者作为研究对象,辨证分型,分组进行对比研究。结果:缺血性中风患者TXB2和6-ket o-PGF1α存在明显直线相关和回归关系。结论:内皮细胞分泌功能可以作为缺血性中风中医证型的客观化指标。

Objective：To discuss the relationship between syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke and vascular endothelial cell function,to explore its nature and evolution rules,to screenthe objective and sensitive indicators of reflecting clinical efficacy.Mehtods：200 patients with acute ischemic stroke in Luzhou were chose and divided into different goups.Result：The TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α had linear correlation and regression.Conclusion：Vascular endothelial cell function could be a objective indications of Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of ischemic stroke.
