介绍利用移动短信通信业务完善和优化广电呼叫中心业务功能的设计思路,对进一步提高广电服务效率、提升服务水平、规范业务运营具有实际意义。
This article introduces the design plan of how to improve and optimize the business function of CATV Broadband Network's call center by using Mobile's short information communication business,which has practical importance for improving CATV Broadband Network's working efficiency and service level,as well as the standardization of its business.
