The author puts forward the concept, intension and extension of green circulation technology and analyzes the green circulation technology in terms of green business circulation technology, green logistics technology, green information flow technology and green environment technology. In terms of industry, the green circulation technology includes the green technology in terms of wholesaling, retailing, commercial service and logistic distribution. Based on this, the author puts forwards seven suggestions on how to promote the green circulation technology.
