摘要
阐述了煤矿设计中规模与服务年限之间存在的问题,论述了何为经济合理的煤矿设计规模,提出了解决设计规模与服务年限之间问题的方法。
The author of this paper presents an account of the existing problems between the scale and service life in coal mine designing,and explain what is economic coal mine designed scale.Measures are also proposed to resolve the problems between the designed scale and service life.
