摘要
根据煤矿安全管理的基本原理,设计了评价煤矿本质安全管理的指标体系,并利用模糊层次分析法建立了多级综合评价模型,在此理论基础上,以Windows Server 2003系统和北京龙软科技发展有限公司Longruan GIS 3.0为平台,建立了煤矿本质安全管理系统,将其应用于西山煤电集团马兰矿,实现了马兰煤矿本质安全管理的目标。
A series of indexes for appraising intrinsically safe management systems of coal mines are designed as per the basic principle of safety management of coal mines,and a mult-i stage comprehensive evaluation model is established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Thus taking Windows Server 2003system and the software Longruan GIS 3.0of Beijing Longru-an Technology Development Ltd.as a platform,an intrinsically safe management system is estab-lished upon this theory.The goal of intrinsically safe management of Malan Coal Mine,Xishan Coal Power Group,is realized by applying this management system.
