自拟扶正平喘饮治疗肺心病急性发作50例

Fuzheng-Drinking Treating The Chronic Asthma Acute Pulmonary Heart Disease 50 Cases

[目的]观察自拟扶正平喘饮治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作的临床疗效。[方法]将92例随机分为两组。对照组42例采用常规治疗,治疗组50例在对照组治疗基础上加用自拟扶正平喘饮治疗。两组疗程均为14天。[结果]总有效率治疗组为92%,对照组为76.19%,两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。[结论]扶正平喘饮结合西药对肺心病急性发作有明显的治疗作用。

[ Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng- drinking treating the chronic asthma acute pulmonary heart disease. [ Methods ] 92 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. Controling group, 42 cases with conventional therapy, 50 patients in the control group based on the use self righting drinking asthma treatment. 2 course of treatment for 14 days. [ Results] The total effective treatment group was 92% in the control group was 76.19% , 2 group, the difference was significant （ P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion] The combination of Western medicine to drink Fuzheng asthma acute pulmonary heart disease treatment significantly.
