清热开窍法治疗出血性中风(急性期)52例

Clear Heat and Resuscitation Method Treatment Hemorrhagic Stroke (acute) of 52 Cases

[目的]观察清热开窍醒脑静注射液治疗出血性中风急性期临床疗效。[方法]将出血性中风93例随机分成两组,治疗组与对照组,均予常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加入醒脑静注射液40mL静点,两组疗程均为2周后评定疗效。[结果]两组临床疗效,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。血肿吸收及神经功能缺损程度,均有不同程度改善,而治疗组为佳。[结论]清热开窍醒脑静注射液能明显缓解出血性中风急性期患者病情,且优于单纯西药治疗。

[ Objective] Enlighten XNJI observed heat treatment of hemorrhagic stroke in acute phase clini- cal efficacy. [ Methods ] The 93 cases of hemorrhagic stroke patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, all given traditional western medicine： in the treatment group in this basis by adding 40mL XNJI static point, and were treated 2 weeks after the assessment of efficacy. [ Results ] Clinical efficacy in the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Absorption of hematoma and neurologic impairment, were improved in the treatment group is better. [ Conclusion] Enlighten XNJI heat treatment can relieve acute hemorrhagic stroke in patients with disease and better than western medicine.
