中西医结合治疗血管性头痛70例

Integrative Medicine Treated 70 Cases of Vascular Headache

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗血管性头痛的临床疗效。[方法]将120例血管性头痛随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组只服用西药西比灵(西安杨森制药有限公司生产),治疗组加用自拟中药汤剂头痛宁,疗程结束后1个月观察两组临床疗效。[结果]对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为72%和97.14%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]中西医结合治疗血管性头痛有较好协同作用。

[ Objective] Integrated Treatment of vascular headache therapy. [ Methods ] 120 patients with vascular headache patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group taking only medicine of FNZ （ Xi＇an - Janssen Pharmaceutical Co. ） , treatment group from a headache rather traditional Chinese medicine soup, 1 month after treatment the clinical efficacy. [ Results ] The control group and treatment group, the total effective rate was 72% and 97.14% , the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. [ Conclusion] Integrated Treatment of vascular headache have better synergy.
