自制蜂蜜敷料治疗慢性感染伤口的疗效观察

Honey Dressing for Chronic Infectious Wound:A Clinical Observation

目的观察自制蜂蜜敷料治疗慢性感染伤口的疗效。方法选取2008年1月-2009年6月,在换药室接受伤口治疗的85例慢性感染伤口患者,按基本条件相当的原则分为观察组和对照组;观察组用自制蜂蜜敷料治疗,对照组按常规处理伤口,观察两组伤口感染的治疗效果。结果治疗7～10 d后伤口分泌物细菌培养,观察组感染伤口治愈率为100.0%,对照组感染伤口治愈率为37.5%;疗效观察:观察组总有效率95.6%,Ⅱ期愈合率88.9%,对照组总有效率70.0%,Ⅱ期愈合率42.5%。结论蜂蜜不仅具有抗菌性,改善伤口环境,而且无创地清除伤口坏死组织和伤口污物,因此,蜂蜜敷料治疗慢性感染伤口是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of honey dressing for treating chronic infectious wound.METHODS Eighty-five cases（from Jan.2008 to Jun.2009） with chronic infecious wound were divided into two groups based on the same condition.The test group was treated with honefy dressing while the control group was cared with routine method,and their treatment effects were analyzed.RESULTS After a 7-10 days treatment,the wound exudate cultures were performed.The healing rate in the test group was 100.0% vs 37.5% in the control group.CONCLUSIONS Honey dressing can not only improve the wound environment but also debride the necrotic tissue atraumatically,it is a safe and effective way to treat chronic infectious wound.
