臭氧与紫外线在手术室空气消毒中的应用研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨臭氧与紫外线在手术室空气消毒效果,保证手术室无菌环境的质量。方法将两个空间相等的手术室随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用臭氧进行空气消毒法,对照组用紫外线照射消毒法,比较二者的消毒效果。结果观察组空气细菌数(166.43±127.34)CFU/m3,对照组空气细菌数(235.50±3.61)CFU/m3,两组总细菌数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论两种消毒方法对手术室空气消毒均有效,但臭氧消毒效果优于紫外线,同时使用简便、快速、安全。 OBJECTIVE To explore the air disinfection effect and safety of ozone and ultraviolet ray in operating room.METHODS Two operating rooms with same volume were divided randomly into observation group and control group,the observation group received air disinfection with ozone,the control group received disinfection with ultraviolet ray.The air disinfection effects were observed and compared.RESULTS The number of bacteria was(166.43±127.34)CFU/m3 in observation group,but the number of bacteria was(235.50±3.61)CFU/m3 in control group.The difference had a statistical significance(P0.01).CONCLUSION Two methods of air disinfection are effective for operating room,but the effect of air disinfection by ozone is better than ultraviolet ray,which is more convenient,quicker,safer.
