两种方法对污染器械的清洗效果研究

Cleaning Effect of Contaminated Instrument:Comparison Between Alkali Multi-enzyme Detergent and Neutral Multi-enzyme Detergent

目的比较两种方法对污染器械的清洗效果,探求一种更有效的器械清洗方法。方法手术后器械随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组使用碱性清洗剂预泡,再应用中性多酶清洗剂进行清洗;对照组单纯应用中性多酶清洗剂进行清洗,比较两种方法的清洗效果;应用SPSS13.0软件对记录结果进行统计学分析。结果结果乳腺器械试验组清洗合格率为80.23%,对照组乳腺器械清洗合格率为81.14%,两组差异无统计学意义;胸科器械1组试验组清洗合格率为79.95%,对照组清洗合格率为82.75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01;胸科器械2组清洗合格率为64.70%,对照组清洗合格率为63.46%,两组差异无统计学意义;单纯应用中性多酶清洗剂组清洗效果更佳。结论中性多酶清洗剂对于器械清洗的效果可靠,但器械的清洗效果与器械的合理装载密切相关。

OBJECTIVE To compare the cleaning effect of alkali multi-enzyme on contaminated instrument detergent and neutral multi-enzyme detergent.METHODS The medical instruments used after operation were divided into control group and test group,the test group used alkali multi-enzyme detergent vs peutral multi-enzyme detergent for cleaning in the control group,the cleanine effect was compare with using SPSS13.0 software for statisticsal analysis.RESULTS The qualified rate of the galacttophore devices cleaning in study group was 80.23%,which was 81.14% in control group,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant;The qualified rate of the chest devices cleaning in study group 1 was 79.95%,an d which was 82.75% in control group,the difference was statistically significant（p0.01;the qualified rate of chest devices cleaning in study group 2 was 64.70%,while which was 63.46% in control group,the difference was not statistically significant）;The cleaning effect of neutral multi-enzyme detergent applied in control group was better.CONCLUSIONS The neutral multi-enzyme detergent is effective for cleaning,but the effect is related to the loading of instrument.
