Status of Professional Exposure and Prevention Research of Central Sterile Supply Staff

目的探讨降低供应室职业暴露的方法,保护工作人员免受感染,控制医院感染和交叉感染。方法针对供应室职业暴露的现状,进行健康教育,执行标准化、制度化、科学化的管理,制定职业暴露防护管理方案和措施,掌握感染管理标准,在工作过程中实施普遍预防的策略。结果健康教育、管理干预后,工作人员的自我防护意识和防护技能明显提高,减少了职业感染的危险因素。结论实施供应室工作人员职业暴露防护的措施,可有效预防和控制医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To protect the supply room staff from hospital-aquired infections by reducing professional exposure risk factors.METHODS By carriing out healthy education for the supply room staff in view of the status of occupational exposure,implementing standardized,institutionalized and scientific management,we developed some practical programs and measures for managing the of occupational exposure prevention to enable staff to master the infection management standards and to understand clearly the articles disinfection and sterilization processes,in order to implement the universal prevention strategy.RESULTS We improved self-protection awareness and prevention skill to reduce the risk of infection by tacking these action.CONCLUSION The implementation of the supply room staff occupational exposure protection measures can prevent and control the occurrence of hospital-aquired infection.
