深静脉置管导管相关性感染危险因素病例对照研究

Risk Factors of Deep Venous Catheter-related Infections:A Case-control Study

目的探讨引起深静脉置管导管相关性感染的危险因素及预防对策。方法回顾性地分析360例深静脉置管患者的临床资料,将导管相关性感染患者作为观察组,无感染者作为对照组,对可能影响感染因素进行病例对照研究。结果 360例患者发生导管相关性感染40例(11.11%),单因素分析共筛选出7个因素与导管感染相关,非条件logistic多元回归分析导管相关性感染与操作经验、插管部位、导管留置时间、年龄有关。结论深静脉置管导管相关性感染的发生率较高,与多种因素有关,应针对相关因素进行预防。

OBJECTIVE To explore the risk factors of deep venous catheter-related infection risk factors and preventive measures.METHODS A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 360 patients with deep venous catheter was conducted.The patients with catheter-related infections were included in the observation group,that without infection as a control group.The factors that might affect the infection were performed throagh the case-control study.RESULTS Among 360 cases 40 patients（11.11%）occurred with catheter-related infections.Seven factors were screened out to be related with the catheter-related infections by the single-factor analysis,non-conditional Logistic regression analysis drew the conclusion that catheter-related infections were related with operating experience,theterization site,catheter indwelling time and age.CONCLUSION The incidence of deep venous catheter related infection rate is high with a variety of factors,its preventive measures should be taken in accordance with related factors.
