摘要
干燥工序是纸面石膏板生产过程中的关键环节之一。该干燥过程可分为加速干燥阶段、等速干燥阶段和降速干燥阶段。本文在一些合理的简化条件下,利用传输原理对纸面石膏板干燥过程的三个干燥阶段分别进行了解析,并对其进行了数值模拟,为纸面石膏板干燥过程的在线控制提供了依据。
Drying is one of the key linking in the whole production line of plaster-board. This drying process can bedivided into three steps: evaporating ratio speeding-up section, constant evaporating ratio section and evaporating raioturning-down section. With reasonable simplifications and mass transfer theory, a mathematical analysis and simulationare made in this paper. The results of the analysis and simulation provide the basis of online control of plaster-boarddrying process.
