轮胎硫化用热水系统节能技术研究

Study on Energy Conservation Technology of Hot-water System for Tire Vulcanization

目前，在轮胎硫化工艺中，有两种硫化用热水的生产系统，其中一种比较省电，但对热水只能加热不能除氧，另一种能加热并除氧，但电力消耗很大。本文提出一种新型热水生产系统，即能对硫化用水加热、除氧，又达到省电的目的。

At present, there are two kinds of hot-water producing systems for vulcanizaion. One kind relatively savespower, but can not eliminate oxygen while heating waer. Another kind can eliminae oxygen while heating waer, butpower consumption is great. In this paper, a new hot-water producing system is put forward. This system can not onlyeliminate oxygen while heating water for vulcanization, but also save powr.
