婴幼儿活体肝移植供体的围手术期护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的 探讨有效的婴幼儿活体肝移植供体围手术期的护理措施,保证供体手术的安全性.方法 对本院完成的婴幼儿活体肝移植33例供体围手术期所实施的护理进行总结.结果 33例供体无死亡,无并发症的发生,供体术后住院时间平均12 d,全部供体均恢复正常生活及日常工作.结论 对供体术前经过严密的术前检查和评估筛选,充分的术前准备和全面的术后监测及护理,供体安全性是可以得到保证的.
