心理干预对保乳术后行三维适形放射治疗乳腺癌患者的影响

Effect of psychological nursing intervention on the breast cancer patients with conformal radiotherapy after breast-conserving therapy

目的探讨心理干预对保乳术后行三维适形放射治疗的乳腺癌患者的影响。方法将50例保乳术后进行三维适形放射治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和干预组各25例，对照组放疗期间不进行心理干预，干预组在放射治疗期间进行心理护理干预。分别于放射治疗开始后和结束前用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对患者进行测试，并与对照组作比较。结果干预组的SAS和SDS评分放射治疗后期明显降低，与放射治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对照组放射治疗前后差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。干预两组后比较SAS、SDS评分差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论合理的心理护理方案，可有效改善乳腺癌患者的心理状态，有利于保乳术后乳腺癌患者实行三维适形放射治疗的进行和恢复。

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing intervention on the breast cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy after breast-conserving therapy. Methods 50 cases of breast cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy after breast-conserving therapy were randomly divided into two groups as intervention group and control group. Compared with control group, patients of intervention group were tested by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDS） one or two days after the beginning of radiotherapy and before the end of radiotherapy. Results Decreasing obviously, the scores of SAS and SDS of the patients giving psychological nursing intervention at the end of radiotherapy were significantly different from those at the beginning of radiotherapy （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was no significant difference in control group between the beginning and the end of the radiotherapy（P 〉0.05）. There was significant difference between two groups of the scores of SAS and SDS after psychological nursing intervention （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions Reasonable psychological nursing protocols can improve the breast cancer patients＇ mental state effectively and benefit therapy process and recovery of breast cancer patients with three-dimensional eonformal radiotherapy after breast-conserving therapy.
