先发地区产学研战略联盟建设的现状及对策

The Present Situation and Countermeasure to Build up the IndustryStudy-Research Alliance in Developed Areas

我国沿海地区,尤其是珠三角等先发地区,靠"两头在外"的加工贸易在经历了数十年的繁荣之后,特别是全球金融危机以后,经济发展的掣肘越来越明显,究其原因主要是缺乏持续的创新能力。摆脱这一困境的有效途径是在这些先发地区构建一个集产学研各方主体于"一统"的产学研战略联盟。随着全球科技、经济、社会一体化浪潮的兴起,产学研战略联盟必将成为科技研究成果转化为现实生产力的根本途径。

In China＇s coastal region,especially in the Pearl River Delta and other developed areas,the processing trade supported by ＂both ends abroad＂,after decades of prosperity,particularly in the global financial crisis,is holding back the further economic development.It is mainly because of the lack of continuous innovation.To eliminate this dilemma,strategic industry-study-research alliance should be set up in these developed areas.With the globalization of science and technology,economy,and social integration,the industry-study-research alliance will become the fundamental approach to transfer the scientific and technological research works to modern productivity.
