江西农民收入增长影响因素的实证分析——基于江西省7县(市)的调查数据

An Empirical Analysis of Factors Affecting the Income Growth of Farmers in Jiangxi——Based on the Data from Six Counties and Cities of Jiangxi

促进农村居民收入增长是解决"三农"问题的核心。而影响农民收入增长的因素包括政策因素、市场因素以及资源和结构因素等。通过对江西7县1997-2009年13年连续时间序列91个样本的分析,并结合对江西7县35村462农户的问卷调查,我们发现提高农民受教育水平、增加非农就业、减少农业人口、增加固定资产和其他农业投入能促进农民增收。建议通过重视农业地位,提高农民的受教育水平,加快城镇化建设转移农村剩余劳动力等措施促进农民增收。

Speeding up the income growth rate of the rural residents in China is a key to solving the issue of ＂agriculture,countryside and farmers＂ while the factors affecting the income growth include those of policies,markets,,resources and structures.Through the analysis of the 91 samples collected from 7 counties and cities from 1997 to 2009 over a period of 13 consecutive years in combination with the questionnaire survey of 462 farmer households in 35 villages from the 7 counties,we find that raising the education level,increasing non-agricultural sector employment,reducing agricultural population,increasing investment in fixed assesses and other areas of agriculture can lead to rise in farmers＇ income.It is suggested that measures should be taken to prioritize the agricultural sector,upgrade education level for farmers and speed up the urbanization and transfer the surplus labor in the countryside to increase farmers＇ income.
