摘要
铁矾类沉淀物的形成对细菌浸矿以及后续的浸出液净化除铁效率都有很大的影响。考察了细菌作用下,不同初始pH值、亚铁的初始量等因素对铁矾类沉淀物形成速率及产物组成的影响,并与无菌条件铁矾类沉淀进行对比,总结了细菌作用下,铁矾类沉淀物的形成动力学规律及产物组成差异。结果表明,细菌作用下,铁矾类沉淀物形成速率明显加快,并且产物组成与无菌时有很大差异。
Formation of Jarosite precipitate will affect the efficiency of copper ore bioleaching and the latter leaching solution purifying.The paper reviewed the effect on formation velocity and composition of Jarosite precipitate on the condition of different pH value and ferrous mass in presence of bacterium and made a contrast of formation of Jarosite precipitate with that of aseptic condition.The order and composition difference of formation of Jarosite precipitate are summarized under the bacteria condition.The experimental results showed that the formation velocity of Jarosite in present of bacteria will be accelerated and has a different composition from that under aseptic condition.
