摘要
在实验室研究基础上,对某钒钛磁铁矿进行了连选试验,在原矿TFe 51.29%,含TiO212.91%,V2O50.42%的条件下,获得了产率为68.03%,TFe和V2O5品位分别为61.36%,0.55%,TFe和V2O5回收率分别为81.41%,85.46%的优质铁(钒)精矿,有效利用了该资源中的铁、钒。
On the basis of experiment research,a pilot test for a vanadium-titanium magnetite ore is carried out.A high-grade iron(vanadium) concentrate is obtained with the yield of 68.03%,TFe and V2O5 grade of 61.36% and 0.55%,and recoveries of TFe and V2O5 of 81.41% and 85.46% respectively from the run-of-mine with TFe 51.29%,TiO2 12.91%,V2O50.42%.The iron and vanadium are effectively recovered from the resources.
