摘要
采用加熟石灰固化焙烧—氰化提金工艺流程对贵州某难浸金精矿进行了系统的试验研究。当金精矿含砷8.41%,硫23.75%,碳1.94%,金76.1g/t时,固化焙烧预处理砷、硫固化率分别为97.56%和96.10%,金氰化浸出率88.12%。通过多相反应动力学理论与试验结果相结合探讨了XG添加剂在焙烧过程中的作用机理。XG添加剂能改善焙砂质量,显著地提高金的浸出率,同时可以缩短焙烧时间,并兼起固化剂的作用。
A process of slaked lime fixing roasting-cyanide gold extraction for a reforactory Gold Mine of Cuizhou is investigated at laboratory.When gold concentrate contains 8.41% of arsenic,23.75% of sulfur,1.94% of carbon and 76.1g/t of gold,the curing rate of arsenic and sulfur are retained at 97.56 % and 96.10% respectively,and gold leaching rate reaches 88.12% after the pretreatment of fix roasting.The performing mechanism of the additive XG during roasting process has been studied and discussed by combining the dynamic theory of interface reaction with experimental results in the leaching rate prominently.At the same time,it can cut down the roasting time and also act as a fixing agent.
