摘要
为了综合回收铅锌分离浮选尾矿中的锡、硫、砷等有用矿物,车河选矿厂实验室小型试验采用浮选—磁选—重选和磁选—浮选—重选两种流程均产出合格的精矿产品。在此基础上,车河选矿厂采用磁选—浮选—重选流程处理铅锌分离尾矿,经生产调试和技术完善,最终获得了硫精矿品位40.08%,硫回收率48.17%,低度锡精矿品位5.03%,锡回收率1.07%的生产指标,达到了预期的设计要求,年可减少尾矿排放约10万t,新增效益608.6万元。
In order to improve the comprehensive recovery of valuable mineral such as Tin,S,As etc from the tailing of Pb-Zn,tests of the flotation-magnetic separation-gravity process and the magnetic separation-flotation-gravity-flotation flow sheet were carried out with qualified concentrates achieved in laboratory in Chehe concentrator.After all,the process of magnetic separation-flotation-gravity flow is installed on the site to deal with the tailing in ore dressing.After technical modifications and improvement in production,the sulfur concentrate grading at 40.08% with a 48.17% of recovery,and low degree Sn concentrate grading at 5.03% with a Tin recovery of 1.07 % have been realized,which reach the anticipated design target.By that,tailing discharge can be decreased by 100,000 t and new benefits increased by 6,086,000 RMB per year.
