国际教育项目发展及其对我国中小学教育评价的启示

摘要 20世纪60年代以来,国际教育项目研究发展迅速,对我国中小学教育评价具有重要的启示:教育评价是教育发展的前提,为教育发展提供事实依据和理论基础,其中学生的学业成就是评价教育质量的重要标准;教育科研是教育政策的先行者,教育政策的制定应基于对教育科研的深入分析与慎重对待;国际比较教育研究有助于区域教育评价的发展;强调同类研究的定期循环进行有利于肯定进步、发现差距;关注终身学习能够进一步促进个人的发展和社会的进步。 Since 1960s, there has been a rapid development in the research into the international educational programs, which has important implications for the educational evaluation in the primary and middle schools in China. Educational evaluation is the basis of educational development and provides factual and theoretical foundation for the educational development with students' academic achievements as the important criterion for evaluating the educational quality; educational research is the foregoer of educational policies whose stipulation should be based on deep analysis and careful treatment of educational research; international comparative education research has important meaning for regional educational development; the emphasis on the regular rotation of similar researches is useful to affirming the achievements and noticing the gaps; close attention to the lifelong learning can further promote personal and social development.
