摘要
教师胜任力与教师工作绩效和个体职业发展密切相关。采用问卷调查法和行为事件访谈技术对28名中学教师进行研究,并辅以开放性问卷、一般访谈、胜任力特征核检表等手段,在探索性因素分析的基础上,构建了中学教师胜任力模型。该模型包括关系特征、成就动机、长远规划、外界支持、认知特征、教学智能、人格特征、管理能力、情绪特性9个胜任力特征因素群,涉及28项具体胜任力特征,其中13项为教师核心胜任力特征,15项为教师基本胜任力特征。
There is a close relationship between teachers' competence and their performance and professional development. By applying the questionnaire and events interview method, we researched 28 middle school teachers, coupled with the open-end questions, ordinary interviews, check lists of characteristics of competence, etc, and then a model of middle school teacher competence was constructed based on the exploratory factor analysis. The model includes nine characteristics of competence and they are relation characteristics, achievement motivation, long-term plan, external support, cognitive feature, teaching intelligence, personality characteristic, management ability and emotion characteristic, which cover the 28 concrete characteristics of competence, and 13 of them are the core ones and the other 15 are the basic ones.
