从顶岗支教实习学生的教学行为探究师范教育改革 被引量:11

摘要 为了更好地使师范教育为基础教育服务,以山西省忻州师范学院的顶岗支教实习学生为主要调查对象,采用分层随机抽样法,运用自行设计的调查问卷进行了调查。调查表明,顶岗支教实习学生基本具备合格教师的素质,实习效果总体上是好的,但存在着课改理念、目标把握不准,教学方法改革的自觉性不高,对学生的评价笼统,角色转换不到位、不及时等问题。因此,师范教育改革应突出实践技能课,正确处理见习与实习的关系;调整课程结构,突出专业的师范性;改革传统的教学方法,增加学生活动的机会,提高学生从教的技能和适应能力。 To ensure that the normal education will serve the basic education better, we made a survey of the students from Xinzhou Normal College in Shanxi who practise on-post teaching as the main respondents. The survey was conducted through the stratified random sampling with a self-designed questionnaire. The results show that the student teachers generally possess the qualities a qualified teacher should have and they have done a very good job. But they still have such problems as poor understanding of curriculum reform ideas and objectives, low consciousness of teaching method reform, ambiguous judgment of students as well as inadequacy and slowness of role transfer, etc. Tberefore, normal education reform should highlight the curriculum about practice and competence correctly handle the relationship between the trainee and internship; adjust the curriculum structure and highlight the normal education the profession; reform the traditional teaching method, increase the opportunities for students to active, develop the students' professional competence and adaptability.
