概述了一种智能化瞬态油耗测量仪的设计及其特有的技术性能。利用失重法原理，采用数字信号处理的手段，运用瞬时流量测量的概念，此种油耗仪能自动精密地测量内燃机燃油消耗率。

In this paper, the design of an intelligent transient - fuel - meter and its technical characteristics have been described. on the basis of the weightlessness principle and by means of digital signal processing and according to the conception of transient flow survey, it can automatically and precisely measure the fuel consumption of internal combustion engine.
