在线过程分析技术在抗生素等药物结晶中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 工业结晶是药物分离与精制的关键技术,到目前为止,药物结晶还是半艺术化的科学问题。过程分析技术的提出与应用对于药物结晶过程的分析与控制提供了先进的科学研究手段。本文分析了在线红外、在线拉曼、在线太赫兹光谱、在线X射线衍射、在线粒度及图像分析技术(FBRM和PVM)等多种过程分析技术在抗生素等药物结晶方面的应用及其特点。 Industrial crystallization is a key separation and purification technology in pharmaceutical industry.Up to date,pharmaceutical crystallization is still of semi-art,semi-science.Process analytical technologies(PAT) give a good idea for analysis and control of industrial crystallization process.PAT mainly include in-situ infrared spectra,iin-situ Raman spectra,in-situ terahertz spectra,in-situ XRD and FBRM/PVM,all of which including their application and characteristics are introduced and discussed in the paper.
