摘要 针对半实物仿真大数据量传输和仿真系统快速开发的问题,利用dSPACE系统构建了飞行器控制半实物仿真系统,介绍了系统的硬件构成及关键技术。采用DS4201s板卡的串口模块与转台控制机进行通信,三轴转台和惯测单元7200组合完成三轴角速率的模拟,利用232串口实现了加速度信息的发送,解决了执行机构反馈电压的采集和A/D转换问题,利用simulink的RTW功能完成飞控程序向DSP芯片的下载。各硬件设备的仿真结果表明控制系统具备闭环仿真能力,且新增硬件设备能快速加入仿真闭环,达到了快速开发半实物仿真系统的目的。 To solve problems of high data bulk communication and rapid development of simulation system in HILS,a hardware-in-the-loop simulation design of aerocraft control is established in the basis of dSPACE system.This paper introduces the hardware architecture and key techniques of the simulation system.The communication between DS4201s port and a turn-table is realized.The combination of the turn-table and the inertial measurement unit IMU-7200 is used to analog the three-axis angular rates.The acceleration is sent by RS-232 serial port,and the feedback acquisition of the actuator and A /D conversion are solved.The control algorithm is downloaded to the DSP processor through the RTW tool of Matlab /Simulink.Test results of the hardware indicate that this system has the capability of closed-loop simulation,a new equipment is incorporated into the simulation loop easily,and this design can realize rapid development of HILS.
