摘要
指出了机械设备的可靠性对工程安全的重要意义。根据可靠性理论,对机械应力损伤和组织变化损伤这两种最常见的降低设备可靠性的损伤形式进行了讨论,并结合实例详细分析了判定机械设备工作状态的各种物理现象,以及估算剩余寿命的基本方法。
It was pointed that the reliability of the mechanical equipment is great important to the engineering safety. The two common types of damage decreasing the reliability of the equipments,mechanical stress damage and structural change damage,were discussed according to the reliability theory. The various physical phenomena to decide the working condition of the mechanical equipment were analysed integrated with the practical instances. The methods to determine the residual life of the equipments were also discussed.
