聚丙烯装置DCS系统OPC接口改造

OPC是由全球数家领导自动化领域硬件、软件制造商采用微软技术协同创建的一种工业标准。本文介绍了在某大型能源公司聚丙烯装置应用基于OPC技术的ABB Bailey Infi-90和Advant500系统对现有DCS系统进行接口改造的技术设计实施过程。通过在装置的控制系统DCN环网上增加OPC Server工作站,解决了DCS不能直接向该公司MES系统数据提供实时数据采集底层支持的问题。

This paper introduces a large energy company in the application of polypropylene plant based on OPC technology ABB Bailey Infi-90 and Advant500 system interfaces of existing DCS system reform implementation process of technical design. By DCN in the device control system to increase part-line OPC Server workstation, to solve the DCS can not be directly to the company's MES to provide real-time data acquisition system data to support the underlying problem.
