This paper summarizes the nursing experiences of 8 infected pancreatic necrosis patients receiving retroperitoneal percutaneous nephroscope treatment and catheter drainage.The key points of nursing care included proper management of drainage tubes,careful observation of drained fluid and psychological nursing during the whole therapy process.The patients all recovered well and discharged smoothly.
