一种基于DSP的通用变频器技术研究

摘要 基于TI公司TMS320F2812的用于交流电机调速采用通用变频器,在变频器中控制电路采用DSP代替传统的模拟控制芯片,由DSP产生PWM信号经隔离驱动控制逆变电路中的六个开关管通断,产生所需的三相交流电压,最后对应用于工业控制的交流电机进行调速。数字控制变频器提高了系统效率,降低并减小了变频器重量和体积,便于实现不同的控制策略。 This research studies the new digital control general frequency inverter for AC motor speed control based on TI's TMS320F2812. In general frequency inverter we use DSP chip instead of traditional analog control, produce the PWM signal to drive the six switching tubes and get three-phase AC voltage, finally applying for AC motor speed control in industrial control. Being different from the past, the digital control general frequency inverter improves the system efficiency, reducing weight and vol- ume, and being easy to realize different control strategies.
