摘要
我国水污染问题十分严峻，水污染控制与强化实施手段与发达国家存在一定差距，通过中英合作ＣＯＺＥＥ项目的技术交流与英国现场考察，汲取英国在水污染控制与强化实施方面的成功经验，结合我国污水排放管理的实际情况．提出建议与对策。
Water pollution is quite serious in China.Water pollution contrtol and the ways of enforced implementation are backward in comparison with advanced countries.Resting on the technology exchanges of COZEE project(cooperation project between China and UK)and study visit to UK Successful expriences in pollution control and the ways of enforced implementation were concluded and abstracted advises and countermeasures are carried out on the base of combination with domestic situations.which would be as nice references to improve the levels of sewage discharge management and enforced implementations in our country.
