痔上黏膜环切术治疗重度痔的临床观察

Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids：Clinical Observation

为探时吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）治疗环状内痔或以内痔脱垂为主的混合痔（内痔Ⅲ，Ⅳ期）的临床价值，对156例环状内痔或以内痔脱垂为主的混合痔（内痔Ⅲ，Ⅳ期）骶麻下行PPH，分析环状内痔或以内特脱垂为主的混合痔（内痔Ⅲ，Ⅳ期）经PPH治疗的资料。结果冠示，156例患者吻合均一次成功，痔核明显回缩；手术时间12～28min，平均20min；48例（30．8％）术后冈肛门疼痫需用镇痛剂，108例（69．3％）术后无疼痛；术后住院天数3～5d，平均4d。结果表明，PPH治疗环状内痔或以内痔脱垂为主的混合痔（内博Ⅲ，Ⅳ期），疗效确切，疼痛轻，恢复快。

The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical value of procedure for prolapse and hemor- rhoids（PPH） in the treatment of circumferential internal hemorrhoids or the mixed hemorrhoids mainly as prolapsed internal hemorrhoids（at Ⅲ,Ⅳ stage）. The 156 patients with above diseases were subjected to PPH under sacral anesthesia,then author analysed their clinical data. As results,the anastomosis of the 156 cases was all successful and primarily, their hemorrhoids mass was distinctly back contracted; operation time,12 28 min（averaged 20 min）;48 cases（30.8%） needed use of anti pain agent for anal pain,rest 108 had no postoperative pain; postoperative hospitalization duration was 3-5 days（averaged 4 days）. Results show that PPH has advantages such as certain curative effect,mild pain and faster recovery,for above severe hemorrhoids.
