中药液冲洗换药对肛周脓肿术后患者创面的影响

Influence of Irrigation ＆ Dressing with the Solution of Traditional Chinese Drugs on Patient＇s Wound Surface Following Perianal Abscess Operation

为探讨中药液冲洗换药对肛周脓肿术后患者创面的影响，将90例肛周脓肿术后患者分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组患者用中药液冲洗换药，对照组患者用2％双氧水、抗生素冲洗换药。每天观察效果并记录，5d后评估创面疼痛、水肿、肉芽生长情况以及愈俞时间。结果显示，在创面疼痛、水肿、肉芽生长方面治疗组优于对照组，治疗组创面愈合时问较短。结果表明，肛周脓肿患者术后采用中药液冲洗换药能促进创面愈合。

The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of irrigation ＆ dressing with the solution of traditional Chinese drugs on patient＇s wound surface following perianal abscess operation. After opera- tion 90 patients with perianal abscess were divided into treatment group and controlled group（ n ~ 45, in each group）. Irrigation ~ dressing with the solution of traditional Chinese drugs was given with treatment group,while 2 % H2 02 solution and antibiotics with controlled group;the efficacy was observed and recor- ded daily,then later 5 days the statuses of wound pain,edema and granulation,and healing time were evalu ated. As results, in the status of wound pain, edema and granulation treatment group was superior to con- trolled group,and in healing time was shorter than controlled group. Results show that irrigation ＆ dressing with the solution of traditional Chinese drugs can promote wound healing.
