摘要
研究超临界CO2萃取银杏叶中有效成分银杏内酯的最佳工艺,考察工艺参数对银杏叶萃取得率及萃取物中银杏内酯A、B、C的影响。以银杏叶萃取得率及萃取物中银杏内酯A、B、C含量为主要指标,采用SPSS统计软件生成的L9(34)正交设计优选超临界CO2萃取银杏叶中银杏内酯的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺为萃取压力35MPa,萃取温度45℃,萃取时间2h。萃取得率及萃取物中银杏内酯A、B、C含量分别可达4·85%,0·38%,0·27%,0·22%。该工艺简单、稳定、可行。
The optimum CO2 supercritical technology conditions of ginkgolide from ginkgo leaves were studied and the impacts of every technological parameter on extraction of ginkgo leaves and ginkgolide A,B,C obtaining rate were investigated.Ginkgo extraction obtaining rate and the content of ginkgolide A,B,C in extract were taken as the main indexes.L9(34)orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the technological conditions of CO2 supercritical extraction of ginkgolide.The results showed that the optimum extraction pressure,extraction temperature and extraction time were 35MPa,45℃,2h,respectively.The yield extraction of ginkgo leaves was 4.85%.The content of ginkgolide A,B,C in extraction was 0.38%,0.27% and 0.22%,respectively.The technological conditions are simple,stable and feasible.
