小球藻(Chlorella)活性成分的研究进展 被引量:22

摘要 小球藻是一类常见的水生单细胞藻类,含有较多的活性成分,具有显著的保健和药理作用,是一种开发前景广阔的保健食品来源。本文归纳了国内外关于小球藻的应用研究报道,对其活性成分进行综述,并提出了在小球藻活性成分开发研究过程中应注意的若干问题。 Chlorella,containing many active components that possess marvelous health-care and pharmacological action,is one of usual aquatic organisms on the earth.In this paper,research about active components of Chlorella was reviewed.With it were some problems deserving our attention in the future research and development of active components in Chlorella.
