摘要
为了准确测定卷烟主流烟气粒相物pH,以相对平均值偏差的绝对值为考核指标,根据Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计原理,选取萃取液体积、振荡萃取时间、振荡萃取频率及萃取液异丙醇浓度四因素三水平进行了响应面优化分析,探讨了各因素之间的相互作用。结果表明:①优化后的处理参数为:萃取液体积70 mL,振荡萃取时间30 min,振荡频率180 r/min,萃取液50%异丙醇水溶液;②方法的RSD为0.21%~0.39%。该方法可用于烟气粒相物pH值的测定。
In order to accurately determine the pH values of total particulate matter(TPM) in mainstream cigarette smoke,the absolute value of relative mean error was used as an assessment index,4 factors,including extract solvent volume,oscillation extracting duration,oscillation extracting frequency and concentration of isopropyl alcohol extraction solution,at 3 levels were tested and analyzed by response surface optimization analysis according to Box-Behnken center-united experimental design principle,and the interactions among the 4 factors were also discussed.The results showed that: 1) The optimum extraction parameters were extraction solvent 70 mL,extraction time 30 minutes,oscillation frequency 180 r/min and extraction solution 50% isopropyl alcohol-water solution.2) The relative standard deviations of the method were from 0.21% to 0.39%.
