摘要
影响机构知识库持续发展的重要因素之一是收录文献资源的丰富性。教科研人员作为内容提交主体,因外在因素,如:学术、法律、技术等的不利影响,导致他们对自存储具有较强的抗拒心理,从而严重阻碍机构知识库自存储资源的获取。针对这种情况,笔者提出应积极综合运用多种心理学的交流方法,及时地进行必要的心理干预,缓解或消除他们的抗拒心理,从而促进机构知识库的资源建设。
One of the most important influential factors of sustainable development of institutional repositories is to possess plentiful literature resources. However, a lot of teachers and researchers are influenced by variety of external factors which make them have strong resistance to the self-archiving in the current situation. The resistance seriously hinders the acquirement of self-archiving resources for the institutional repositories. The author suggests that the librarians can use variety of psychological communication ways to intervene their resistance, which will moderate their psychological resistance, and promote resources construction of institutional repositories.
