摘要
通过对某地区基层政府部门信息化建设的调研,结合相关文献,论述我国基层政府部门办公信息化建设的基本现状,探讨影响基层政府部门内部信息化施行的主要原因,提出推进基层政府部门信息化的三点建议,即国家需制定政府部门内办公信息化的施行条例;制定科学合理的信息化项目资金投入制度;创建技术人员引进与提拔机制。
Based on the investigation of the information construction of local governments in a region and the relevant literature, the paper discusses the basic status of office informatization in local governments of China and analyses the main causes which affect the implementation of informatization in the local governments. At last, the paper proposes three recommendations for promoting the informatization of local governments, that are, constituting an implementing regulation on the office inforrnatization in local governments, developing a scientific and rational system of fund input for informatization projects and creating a mechanism of technician introduction and elevating.
