A Study of Service Process Equality:the New Trend of Research of Universal Equality of All People Services in Public Library

追求服务过程均等已经成为公共图书馆"普遍均等,遍及全民"服务(以下称均等服务)的发展方向,公民在接受服务过程中的均等问题,越来越受到公民的重视。文章在阐述公共图书馆服务过程均等研究背景的基础上,概括出了其涵义,分析了其研究现状与存在的问题,指出了馆员在实现公共图书馆服务过程均等中的地位和作用,构建了实现公共图书馆服务过程均等的"目标确定、过程协同、区别对待、因材施教、意识提高、过程保证、实现方式"服务机制。

The pursuit of equality of service process has become a development direction of public library ＂universal equality of all people＂ services.The problems of equality of citizens in the service process have became the focus of attention more and more.On the basis of research background of equality of public library services,the paper summarizes the equal implication of public library service process.The paper analyzes the present situation and the existence problems in research of equality of service process of public library,points out the status and the function of librarians in the realization of equality of service process of public library,and puts forward the service mechanism to realize the equality of service process of public library.
