摘要
结合效能管理的定义、特征和图书馆效能管理现状及原因的分析,分别从完善组织内部整体功能体系、优化员工激励机制、引入竞争机制、打造学习型图书馆这四个方面探讨了增强图书馆效能管理机制的主要措施,由此认为,效能管理是保持增强图书馆持续发展的重要途径。
Combined with analyzing the definition,characteristics and situation of library performance management,this paper discusses the main measures to enhance library performance management mechanism from internal organizational system,to optimize the employees incentive mechanism,to introduce competition mechanism,to create learning-type library,and thinks that it is an important way to strengthen and maintain the library sustainable development.
