M细胞与心电图心室复极波
摘要
M细胞（midmyocardial cells）的发现已近20年，因与其他部位的心室肌细胞有着完全不同的电生理特性而受到越来越多学者的关注，M细胞在正常与非正常心脏中作用的认识也越来越深入。然而，由于研究方法学的不同，M细胞在整体心脏中的作用仍存在争议。本文就M细胞的特点、在正常心脏中的功能及对心电图心室复极波的作用作一综述。
